对临床学科PBL病例有效性评估的研究

摘    要:目的:对临床PBL病例的有效性进行评估。方法:对中国医科大学12个班进行PBL教学,采用学生评价和教师评价相结合的方法评估PBL病例的有效性。结果:76.6%的教师认为病例设计很好或较好,但只有54.0%的学生对病例设计满意或比较满意,存在明显差异(P〈0.05)。结论:目前临床PBL病例编写取得了一些成绩,也存在着许多不足,提高临床PBL病例编写能力势在必行。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of case design for problem-based learning.Method:Students in 12 classes were taught with problem-based learning.Then,the effect of case design for a problem-based learning was evaluated.Results:76.6% teachers are satisfied with the cases,only 54.0% students are satisfied with the cases,P<0.05.Conclusion:The case design for problem-based learning should be improved.
