志愿者和医务人员在肺结核DOTS管理中的比较性研究

目的评价督导管理志愿者在肺结核DOTS管理中的作用.方法选1998年1月～2000年1月登记管理的初治涂阳病人,随机分为两组,医务人员组100例,志愿者组200例,进行对比观察.结果志愿者组督导用药率为81.04%,漏服药0.82%,总体规则治疗率93%.疗程结束痰菌阴转率97%,均高于医务人员组(P＜0.05).结论志愿者督导管理病人是可行的,并具有方便、实用、经济等优点.

Study by comparing the volunteer with the health pernosnels in the adanistration of DOTS

Objective To assess action of the supervisor volunteer to administration of the patient with pulmonary tuberculosis in directly observed treatment short - course (DOTS) .Methods 300 patients with pulmonary tuberaclosis with positive sputwm smear were investigated from January 1998 to January 2000. All of them were regitered in our hospital and remondly diveided into two groups:?the group of patients under the heatlh professional supervisor; ?the group of patients under the supervisor volunteer. Results In the group under the supervisor volunteer the rate of taking medicine under supervisor volunteer is 81.04% , missing administration rate is 0.82% .General regular therapy rate is 93% .Ninty seven per cent of the patients convert positive sputum smear into negtive one. All these rate is higher than the patients under the health professional supervisor (P < 0.05) .Conclusion The administration method under the supervi sor volunteer is preferable.
