| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨磁共振尿路成像（ＭＲＵ）技术临床应用的价值与限度。方法：应用ＦＡＳＥ技术行ＭＲＵ检查。病例包括：非尿跳梗阻１７例，尿路梗阻５０例，其中３８例经手术、病理证实。结果：ＭＲＵ对正常尿路的显示效果欠佳，但对梗组性病变的梗阻部位和程度均能显示，准确率达１００％。结论：ＭＲＵ不需要造影剂，是一种安全、无创的检查方法，对尿路梗阻的显示和诊断具有优势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value and limit of MR urography. Methods:Fifty patients with and 17 patients with-out urinary tract obstruction were examined with heavily T2-weighted fast spin-echo sequence. Results: MR urography showed the level and degree of urinary tract obstruction in all 50 patients with a high accuracy of 100 % , but not satisfactory in patients without urinary tract obstruction. Conclusion: MR urography is a safe and non-invasive examination method which doesn't require iodinated contrast medium. It is helpful in diagnosis of urinary tract obstruction. |
