摘    要:目的探讨共刺激分子B7-H1在人透明细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法运用免疫组织化学ABC法检测B7-H1在45例肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达,并对其表达水平与临床病理参数之间的关系进行相关性分析。结果B7-H1分子在肾透明细胞癌组织中的阳性表达显著高于癌旁正常肾组织(P〈0.05);B7-H1在肾透明细胞癌组织中阳性表达率为68.9%,与患者性别、年龄无关(P〉0.05),而与病理分级、临床分期及是否转移显著相关(P〈0.05)。结论B7-H1在肾透明癌组织中高表达,可能在肿瘤的发生、发展中起到一定作用,有望成为肾透明细胞癌免疫治疗的一个新靶点。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of co - stimulatory molecule B7 - H1 in human renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) and the relationship between its expression and the clinicopathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of B7 - H1 in 45 cases of RCCC tissues and 20 cases of normal renal tissues, and the correlation analysis was conducted on the relationship between its expression and the clinicopathological parameters. Results The results showed that the expression of B7 - H1 in the RCCC tissues was significantly higher than that of normal renal tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the expression proportion of B7 - H1 was 68.9 % in RCCC, which was not correlated with the expression level of B7 - H1 and the sex or age ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , but significantly correlated with the clinical staging, pathological grade and metastases ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The overexpression of B7 - H1 in RCCC might play a certain role in the pathogenesis of tumors, which might enable it to be a new target of immunotherapy of renal clear cell carcinoma.
