| 摘 要： | 目的调查全身麻醉下行择期或限期手术病人的术中知晓发生率,分析可能引起术中知晓的原因。方法随机选择接受全身麻醉的择期或限期手术病人500例,于术后1d及4d对病人是否存在术中知晓行问卷调查,对存在术中知晓的病人记录感知觉,采用多元回归分析可能影响术中知晓的因素。结果共10例(2.0%)病人存在术中知晓,其中1例病人对手术过程有明确的描述,另9例患者仅述及手术期间做梦,无痛觉及其他感知觉。而病人的性别、年龄、体重、ASA分级、麻醉前用药、麻醉方法、手术时间、手术类型、术中循环状态对术中知晓的发生无显著影响。结论术中知晓在多种类型手术中均有发生,无确切的因素可影响术中知晓的发生。
