| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步探索环孢菌素A（CsA）联合康力龙治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血（CAA）的疗效。方法：采用随机对照研究办法比较单用康力龙及CsA联合康力龙治疗CAA的疗效。结果：CsA联合康力龙治疗组总有效率80.0%明显高于单用康力龙对照组56.2%,结论：CsA联合康力龙治疗CAA疗效优于单用康力龙治疗组。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of cyclosporine A(CsA)combined stanozolol on chronic aplastic anaemia(CAA).Method:stanozolol alone or combined with CsA for the treatment of CAA was compared randomly.Result:The efficacy of stanozolol combined with CsA(86.7%)was higher than that of stanozolol alone(56.2%).Conclusion:stanozolol combined with CsA had a much better efficacy than that of stanozolol alone in the treatment of CAA. |
