摘    要:目的]探讨Shh、bFGF在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法]应用免疫组织化学SP法检测Shh和bFGF蛋白在34例手术切除的原发性胰腺癌组织,21例胰腺良性病变组织中的表达。结果]Shh在胰腺癌组织中阳性表达率为64.7%(22/34),高于胰腺良性病变组织(0/21)(X^2=22.647,P=-0.000)。bFGF在胰腺癌组织和胰腺良性病变中阳性表达率分别为67.6%(23/34)和66.7%(14/21),无显著性差异(X^2=0.006,P=0.940)。Shh表达与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤部位、大小、分化、淋巴结转移、血管浸润无明显相关,与肿瘤TNM分期、远处转移密切相关(P〈0.05);bFGF的表达与TNM分期、血管浸润、远处转移密切相关(P〈0.05)。胰腺癌组织中Shh表达与bFGF表达呈正相关(r=-0.410,P=0.016)。结论]Shh和bFGF在胰腺癌组织的表达与胰腺癌的分期和远处转移相关;两者可能在胰腺癌发生发展中起协同作用。

Abstract:Purpose] To investigate the expression of sonic hedgehog(Shh) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in pancreatic adenocarcinoma and its significance. Methods ] The expression of Shh and bFGF was examined by immunohistoehemistry SP method in 34 surgical specimens of primary pancreatic adenoearcinoma, 21 benign lesions of pancreas. Resultsl The positive expression rate of Shh in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (64.7%,22/34)was higher than that in benign lesions of pancreas(0, 0/21)(X^2=22.647, P=0.000). The positive expression rate of bFGF in pancreatic adenocareinoma and in benign lesions was 67.6% (23/34)and 66.7% (14/21)respectively without significant difference (X^2=0.006, P=0.940). Shh expression did not significantly correlate with the age, gender, tumor location, size, differentiation, lymph node metastasis, vessel invasion, but it correlated with TNM stage and distant metastasis (P〈0.05); and bFGF expression correlated with TNM stage, vessel invasion, distant metastasis (P〈0.05). The expression of Shh positively correlated with the expression of bFGF in pancreatic adenocarcinoma(r=0.410, P=0.016). Conclusion] The expression of Shh and bFGF correlates with TNM stage and distant metastasis in pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Shh and bFGF might play a synergetic role in the carcinogenesis and progress of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
