自制止血按压带用于静脉输注降纤酶拔针后按压时间的探讨

[目的]探讨自制止血按压带于脑梗死静脉使用降纤酶拔针后最适宜按压时间。[方法]选择48例使用降纤酶脑梗死病人连续用药8d,设定拔针按压时间分别为4min、5min、6min、7min、8min,观察皮下出血及淤血情况。[结果]脑梗死病人静脉使用降纤酶拔针后,不同按压时间皮下出血率、淤血率有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]本组病人静脉输注降纤酶拔针后持续按压穿刺处8min为适宜按压时间。

Probe into press time after withdrawal of needles by self-made tourniquet for patients underwent Batroxobin intravenous transfusion

Objective: To probe into the proper compressing time after pulling out the needles for cerebral apoplexy patients by using self-made compressing strip after Batroxobin intravenous infusion. Method: a total of 48 cerebral infarction patients were selected and administrated Batroxobin for 8 days continuously by intravenous infusion, and withdraw the needle at 4min, 5min, 6min, 7min and 8 min respectively. Then the incidences of skin, subcutaneous hemorrhage and congestion of all cases were observed. Result: There was a significant difference in terms of the subcutaneous hemorrhage rate and congestion rate of cerebral infarction patients after withdrawing needles at different compressing times after Batroxobin intravenous infusion (P<0.01). Conclusion: The optimal compressing time of the puncturing point in this group is 8 min right after withdrawing needle for them after underwent continuous Batroxobin transfusion
