| 摘 要： | 目的探讨光量子血疗对银屑病患者血液流变学的改变和临床意义。方法对120例寻常型银屑病患者治疗前后测定全血粘度，血浆粘度，全血还原粘度，红细胞压积等血流变指标。结果光量子血疗组患者的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、全血还原粘度与丹参组对照相比，显著下降，光量子血疗较丹参组显著改善血液流变学状况，临床疗效比较有显著统计学差异（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论光量子血疗较丹参治疗寻常型银屑病效果更佳，疗效更确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the hemorrheological change and clinical after treatment by accessory blood photo-irradiation on treatment of patients with psoriasis. Methods 220 patients diveded randomly into 2 groups,injected with Danshen injection, accessory blood photo-irradiation respectively. Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and blood reduced viscosity of each patient were detected efore and after treatment. Results Compared to Danshen injection group, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and blood reduced viscosity were significantly descend in psoriasis. The treatment group（ accessory blood photo-irradiation）significantly im- proved hemorheology compared with control groups （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Accessory blood photo-irradiation was more effective for psoriasis than Danshen injection. |
