摘    要:目的:探讨钛合金表面3种生物陶瓷涂层对成骨细胞黏附、生长、增殖的影响。方法:在钛合金(TLM)基体表面进行喷砂酸蚀和微弧氧化(MAO)技术处理,制备出喷砂酸蚀(SLA)、载银(MAO-Ag)和非载银(MAO)3种不同材料的表面生物陶瓷涂层;扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱(EDX)仪观察分析膜层的表面形貌及元素构成;观察不同材料表面成骨细胞生长状况,通过碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性测定法和四氮唑盐(MTT)法检测不同材料对细胞增殖的影响。结果:微弧氧化制备的涂层表面多孔,能谱分析证实MAO-Ag涂层表面含有银元素;SLA、MAO和MAO-Ag 3种材料均能促进成骨细胞的增殖,并随着时间延长,ALP含量及吸光度(A)值均逐渐升高。MAO组优于SLA组,MAO-Ag组优于MAO组和SLA组,均具有统计学意义。结论:3种表面生物陶瓷涂层均能促进成骨细胞的增殖,MAO-Ag组效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate cell coating, growth and proliferation of osteoblasts on three kinds of bio-ceramic coatings for implant surfaces. Methods: SLA, non-silver(MAO) and silver(MAO-Ag) coatings were prepared by machine grinding and microarc oxidation skill on TLM titanium alloy (Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-25Nb). Surface chemistry and morphology / pore characteristics were characterized with SEM and EDX. Osteoblasts proliferation were measured by ALP activities and MTT assay. Results: Porous ceramic coatings were prepared by MAO and Ag peak were detected on MAO-Ag coating by EDX. SLA, MAO and MAO-Ag coatings all found to promote osteoblast growth. ALP content and OD values were increased gradually. MAO coating was better than the SLA coating, and MAO-Ag coating was better than MAO and SLA coatings (P〈0.05). Conclusion: All three coatings show good biocompatibility with osteoblasts and can promote the proliferation of osteoblasts, MAO-Ag coating is the best.
