百草枯和草甘膦口服中毒后安全性的对比观察

目的比较除草剂百草枯、草甘膦中毒后的临床症状、肝肾功能损害和治疗后病死率。方法对86例百草枯、60例草甘膦中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 86例百草枯中毒患者中,65例肝功能、48例肾功能损害异常率分别为75.6%、55.8%,明显高于草甘膦中毒患者（33.3%、3.3%）,差异有统计学意义;百草枯中毒患者的受损肝肾功能指标（ALT、AST、TBIL、Urea.、Cr）明显高于草甘膦中毒患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;百草枯中毒者虽治疗中增用血液灌流和机械通气的方法,但病死率仍高达88.4%,草甘膦中毒死亡率为0。结论百草枯较草甘膦中毒后危害性更大,病死率更高,农业生产中应减少百草枯的使用。

Security between Parquet and Glyphosate after oral herbicide poisoning

Objective To compare the clinic symptoms,the damage of liver and kidney function and the mortality in acute Parquet poisoning with in acute Glyphosate poisoning.Methods The clinical data of 86 Parquet poisoning and 60 Glyphosate poisoning cases were analyzed.Results The abnormality rate and the indexes of the liver and kidney function in acute Parquet poisoning patients were obviously higher than those in acute Glyphosate poisoning patients.Though the hemoperfusion and ventilator are used,the mortality rate of acute Parquet poisoning cases was 88.4% as well as acute Glyphosate poisoning cases was 0.Conclusion The harm of Parquet poisoning is more serious and the mortality rate is higher.
