蛛网膜下腔出血患者的动态脑电图观察

目的：探讨蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）患者的动态脑电图（AEEG）改变及其与临床的关系。方法：对35例SAH患者进行AEEG监测和分析。结果：35例SAH患者的AEEG异常32例（91％），其中轻度异常12（37％），中度异常13例（41％），重度异常7例（22％），AEEG改变以广泛性异常为主，患者的病情越重，AEEG异常越明显，睡眠周期异常越明显，预后越差，AEEG检出立样波的多少，波幅高低及持续时间，对临床选择用药有帮助。结论：AEEG对判断SAH的病情，预后及指导临床用药有一定意义。

Observation on ambulatory EEGs in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objectives:To explore the relationship between the ambulatory EEG(AEEG) changes and the clinical signs in patients with subarachnoind hemorrhage(SAH).Methods:AEEG monitoring was done in 35 patients with SAH and the findings were analyzed.Results:The AEEGs were abnormal in 32 cases of the patients,the abnormality rate of AEEG was 92%,of the abnormal AEEGs,mild abnormality was 37%,moderate abnormality was 41%,severe abnormality was 22%.The main changes of AEEG in SAH were diffuse abnormality.The abnormality of AEEG was related to the severity of the disease and clinical prognosis.The more severe the disease,the more abnormal the AEEG,the more severe the sleeping cycle abnormality,the worse the prognosis.The quantity,amplitude and duration of the epileptiform wave duration in sleeping cycle were helpful to determine whether antiepileptic drugs are used or not.Conclusions:The AEEG might be of a certain value in evaluation the severity and the prognosis of patients with SAH and guiding clinical medications.
