荜茇醇提物对胰岛素抵抗综合征模型大鼠血压和体重的影响

摘    要:目的:观察荜茇醇提物(AEPL)对实验性胰岛素抵抗综合征(ILLS)模型大鼠血压和体重的影响。方法:采用高脂高糖高盐膳食制备IRS大鼠模型,喂养4周后,罗格列酮组(3mg/kg),荜茇醇提物高、中和低剂量组(分别为120mg/kg,60mg/kg,30mg/kg)分别按照设定药物、剂量同时灌胃给药,正常对照组和模型组灌胃给予等容积生理盐水。饮食条件不变,连续给药8周后,测定空腹血糖(FBC)、胰岛素水平(FINS)、并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)=Lnl/(FINS-FBS)],动态检测血压和体重。结果:AEPL高、中和低剂量组明显增加IRS模型大鼠胰岛素敏感指数(P〈0.01),降低IRS模型大鼠血压(P〈0.01),AEPL高剂量组体重明显低于模型组(P〈0.05)。结论:AEPL具有改善实验性IRS模型胰岛素抵抗、预防血压和体重升高的作用。

Abstract:Object: To observed the effects of AEPL on blood pressure and Body weight in insulin resistance syndrome rats.Methods:IlLS were induced in the model rats by feeding them with the diet containing rich-fat, rich-glucose, and high- salt for 12 weeks, the rats in positive control group(3mg/kg) and AEPL groups(120mg/kg,60mg/kg,30mg/kg) were gava the corresponding sct dose drug,while the normal rat group and the model rat group were gava the equal volume of NS in the end of 4th week. The level of serum fasting blood glucose(FBG), insulin were measured in the end of 12th week, the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) (ISI) = Ln 1/( FINS. FBS) ] was calculated. The experimenting rats' blood pressure and body weight were observed dynamically. Result: Compared with the model group, the ISI significantly increased( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ), the blood pressure was lowered( P 〈 0. 01 ) greatly, in the 3 AEPL groups, the body weight also lowered in the AEPL(120mg/kg) groups( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: AEPL was effective in improving IR and decreasing the blood pressure and body weight in IRS rats.
