频发室性早搏与心率变异性关系的探讨

目的 研究频发室性早搏与心率变异性之间的关系。方法 对频发室性早搏患者记录其２４ｈ心电图，选择频发室早和无室早两个时段（各６０ｍｉｎ）进行心率变异性分析，指标包括以下６项：ＲＲ、ＳＤＮＮ、ＳＤＡＮＮ、ＬＦ、ＨＦ、Ｌ／Ｈ。结果 频发室早时患者ＲＲ，ＳＤＮＮ及ＳＤＡＮＮ显著降低，Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｐ〈０．０１；而ＬＦ，Ｌ／Ｈ有升高的趋势，ＨＦ有下降的趋势。这种改变，主要发生在伴有器质性心血管病的患者。结论

Relationship between frequent ventricular premature complexes and heart rate variability

Objectvie To investigate the relationship between the frequent ventricular premature complexes (VPC)and heart rate variability(HRV). Methods 50 subjects with VPC wrer chosen to be taken a 24 hour electrocardiographicrecording. Two segments. one hour with frequent VPC and another hour without VPC in the same patient were chosen and analysed their time domain and rrequence domain indices. 14 subjects (group A)were without organic cardiovasular diseases. 36 subjects (group B) wrew with organic cardiovascular diseases. Results In group B, Mean RR intervals, standard deviation of all normal RR ivtervals (SDNN)and standard deviation of the average normal RR intervals for 5-min segments (SDANN) in segment of freguent VPC were significant lower than those in the segment without VPC, In group A, no sigificant differences in all indices of HRV between these tow segments were observed. As a whole group(including group A and group B), the RR interval, SDANN, SDANN were also signifficant low when frequent VPC happeded. Conclusion HRV decreased when frequent VPC occurred and its decrease was association with organic cardiovascular desease.
