| 摘 要： | 目的：观察碟脉灵与黄芪注射液结合西药治疗肺原性心脏病（肺心病）心力衰竭（心衰）疗效。方法：将84例肺心病心衰患者随机分为两组，治疗组42例在常规西药治疗基础上加静滴碟脉灵与黄芪注射液，对照组单用常规西药治疗，从临床疗效进行分析。结果：治疗组的临床有效率明显高于对照组，P＜0．01，结论：联用碟脉灵，黄芪注射液治疗肺心病心衰，具有明显改善心肺功能的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of the combined treatment of Die Mai Ling and Huang Qi Injection in treating pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods:84 cases were divided at random into 2 groups:42 cases were treated with Die Mai Ling and Huang Qi Injection combined with conventional therapy while the control cases were treated with conventional therapy. Results: The therapeutic effectiveness of the Die Mai Ling and Huang Qi Injection group was better than that of the control.Conclusion:The combined therapy of Die Mai Ling and Huang Qi Injection was effective in treating pulmonary heart disease. |
