基于CiteSpace的中医体质与行为生活方式研究知识图谱可视化分析

Knowledge map analysis of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and behavioral lifestyle based on CiteSpace

[Objective] To explore and discover the research status,hotspot and frontier direction of the studies on the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution and behavioral lifestyle. [Methods] To retrieval literature in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database,the retrieval date is from the establishment of the database to December 2020. And CiteSpace software was used to generate relevant knowledge maps and carry out metrological analysis. [Results] Totally 563 relevant articles were included. The annual number of the published papers shows a rising trend,among 20 journals with more than 5 articles published, 13 were core journals,accounting for 65.00%;the dissertations were came from 32 universities which involved 18 universities of Chinese medicine;there are 6 core authors in this research field with papers only accounting for 10.66% of the total research literature; 222 research papers were funded by the Annotation Fund,accounting for 55.22% of the total number of journal papers;the hot keywords include TCM constitution,constitution identification,phlegm dampness type,lifestyle,qi deficiency type,etc;the top six cluster tags of keywords clustering were phlegm dampness type,TCM constitution,constitution identification,medicated diet,correlation,risk factors;the keywords flashpoint analysis showed sleep quality,diet nursing and health management emerged in 2017,2018 and 2019 respectively,with strong strength,and it continues to this day. [Conclusion] There is a general uptrend in the paper issued of study on TCM constitution and behavior life style,but the formation of core author group needs to be strengthened. Themes about sleep quality,diet nursing and health management are the latest research hot spots and frontiers in this field.
