深圳市2006年动物致伤流行病学特征分析

目的分析深圳市2006年动物致伤流行病学特征，为减少动物致伤的发生，制定狂犬病预防策略提供科学依据。方法对2006年深圳市医院急诊伤害监测系统中记录的4919名动物所致伤害者资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2006年深圳市动物致伤占全部伤害发生的10.6％，居全部伤害发生的第三位；致伤者中以中青年居多（63．37％），学龄前儿童和中小学生也占有一定比例（28.53％）；伤人动物以犬类为主（70．60％）；第四季度及周末致伤人数最多；咬伤部位以下肢最多（48．85％），其次为上肢（43．24％）；96．99％的动物伤为轻度伤。结论加强犬、猫等动物的管理，提高免疫接种率，开展狂犬病防治知识宣传是降低动物伤害和预防狂犬病发生的重要措施。

Epidemiological survey of injury due to animals in Shenzhen City in 2006

Objective To analyze the epidemiological situation of injuries caused by animals in Shenzhen city, 2006. as to decrees the injuries caused by animals and provide evidence for preventive and control measures. Methods Data of injuries caused by animals from hospital - based injury surveillance system were collected and analyzed. Results The proportion of injuries caused by animals was 10.60%, the rank was the 3rd; The middle - and young aged was the age group most often caused by animals （63.37%）. Dog was the main attacking animal （70.60%）. The 4th session and weekend was the main time. The majority site of bite was lower limbs （ 48.85% ） and upper limbs （43.24%）. The proportion of light degree injury was 96.99%. Conclusion To decrees injuries caused by animal and human rabies, it is necessary to focus on strengthen management for the dog and cat and raise the immunization rates, and health education about human rabies.
