复方护肝口服液对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的影响

摘    要:目的研究复方护肝口服液对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法分别采用四氯化碳(CC l4)和D-半乳糖胺(D-G laN)建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定各组动物血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性,并测定肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果在CC l4肝损伤实验中,复方护肝口服液高、中、低剂量组ALT,AST和MDA均比模型组明显降低(P<0.01);在D-半乳糖胺肝损伤实验中,高剂量组血清AST比模型组降低(P<0.05),MDA和ALT均比模型组明显降低(P<0.01);中、低剂量组AST,ALT比模型组均降低(P<0.05),MDA则明显降低(P<0.01)。结论复方护肝口服液对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of Compound Hugan Oral Solution on acute chemical hepatic injury in mice.Methods The models of CCl4 and D-GlaN induced liver injury in mice were used to study the protective effects of Compound Hugan Oral Solution.The activities of ALT,AST and MDA were detected.Results In the experiment induced by Carbon tetrachloride,ALT,AST and MDA in the high,middle and low dosage groups decreased as compared with the model group(P<0.01).On the experiment induced by D-galactosamine,AST was decreased(P<0.05) in the high dose group as compared to the model group,and AST,MDA were decreased(P<0.01).In the middle and low dosage group,ALT and AST were decreased(P<0.05),MDA was decreased markedly(P<0.01).Conclusion Compound Hugan Oral Solution has good protective effects on acute chemical hepatic injury in mice.
