| Abstract: | We report a 66-year-old woman who developed sudden-onset bilateral sensorineural deafness due to leptomeningeal carcinomatosis involving the vestibulocochlear nerves. The clinical and diagnostic features of leptomeningeal carcinomatosis are discussed. |
