摘    要:目的探讨牛黄主要成分胆红素和各种胆酸同系物的抗炎作用规律。方法利用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀模型,以耳廓的含水量为指标,观察口服胆红素和去氧胆酸的剂量-效应关系,以及二者的相互作用规律,并比较各种胆酸同系物的作用强度。结果去氧胆酸与胆红素均可对抗二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀,但二者合用没有协同作用。各种胆酸同系物的作用强弱顺序与表面活性强度顺序一致。结论胆红素和各种胆酸同系物是牛黄的有效成分,去氧胆酸的活性最强,其作用机制可能与表面活性强度有关。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the characteristics of the anti-inflammatory effect of cholic acid analogs and bilirubin, the main ingredients of Calculus Bovis. Methods Xylene-induced mice ear edema, expressed as the percentage of water content in the organ, was determined. Results Oral administration of deoxycholic acid or bilirubin could attenuate Xylene-induced mice ear edema in a dose-dependent manner, but no synergic effect was observed during co-administration study. The potency of each cholic acid analog was corresponding to that of surface activity.Conclusion Both cholic acid and bilirubin are effective constituents of Calculus Bovis. Deoxycholic acid was the most potent one, whose action might be related to the surface activity.
