外伤性血腹38例临床分析

目的：为进一步提高外伤性血腹的诊治水平。方法：回顾性分析我院38例外伤性血腹患者的临床资料。结果：83例患者均接受手术，治愈36例，死亡2例；术后并发切口感染8例，切口裂开2例，肠粘连、肠梗阻5例。结论：外伤性血腹病情复杂严重，合并伤多，早期诊断，及时手术，选择合式的手术方式等是减少并发症降低病死亡率的重要因素。

Clinical Analysis of 38 Patients with Traumatic Intra-Abdominai Hemorrhage

Objective:To further improve the level of diagnosis and treatment traumatic for intra-abdominal hemorrhage in patients. Methods:Clinical data of 38 cases of traumatic intra-abdominal hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. Results:While all cases had received operative treatment, 36 cases were cured, 2 cases died. There were the complications in the periol of treatment, including 8 cases of wound infection, 2 cases wound dehiscence, 5 cases intestines adhesion and intestines obstruction. Conclusion: The most important determinant in managing intra-abdominal hemorrhage was early diagnosis, prompt operation and correct treatment, and it should be the key to improve the rate of salvage and decrease the rate of morbid.
