流式细胞术分析RAU患者外周血淋巴细胞表型

目的为了更好的理解RAU患者免疫紊乱的实质及寻找有效的治疗方法,我们采用流式细胞技术,对RAU患者发病期和康复期外周血淋巴细胞的表型进行测定、分析,探索流式细胞技术在RAU的诊断及指导临床治疗方面的作用。方法选择24例RAU患者抽取外周血送流式细胞技术实验室检测,以20名健康成人为对照组,根据检测结果,选免疫指标异常的患者采用免疫调节剂进行治疗,一至二疗程后再对其外周血行淋巴细胞表型分析。结果RAU患者发病期淋巴细胞表型分析与对照组比较:显示CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),CD8细胞、NK细胞明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD3细胞与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。RAU患者康复期各项指标检测与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论免疫活性细胞亚群不平衡和免疫活性细胞缺陷在RAU的发病中起重要作用。通过流式细胞术的指导,合理使用免疫调节剂,使治疗更有目的性。

Analysis of peripheral lymph cell differentiation to recurrent aphthous ulcer patient

ObjectiveIn order to know the essential meaning of immune disorder in Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer patients and to search the agreeable treatment meanwhile, the cluster of differentiation of peripheral lymph cells were detected and analyzed by flow cytometry, and afterwards those patients were treated by immunomodulator.MethodsIn this study, 24 documented cases of RAU patients experienced peripheral blood detection by flow cytomery in Laboratory as compared to 20 control healthy persons. According to the laboratory results, those patient with abnormal immune responses were chose as the objectives treated by immunomodulator. One treatment periond afterwards, the peripheral blood of these objectives were analyzed again.ResultsThe percentages of CD_4 cells and the ratio CD_4/CD_8 decreased, with significant difference from those of the controls(P 0.05). The percentage of CD_8 cells and NK cells increased, with significant difference from those of the controls(P 0.05). The percentage of CD_3 cells had no differences with that of the controls.ConclusionImbanlance and deficiency of immunoactive cell subsets played an important role in the pathogenic mechanisms of RAU. Under the guidance of flow cytometry, rational application of immunomodulator was effective in treating RAU patients.
