CEA，CA19—9，CA72—4标志物在结直肠癌监测中的应用价值

目的：探讨CEA，CA19—9，CA72—4三项肿瘤标志物单项或联合监测对结直肠癌临床诊断及复发中的应用价值。方法：采用化学发光法对结直肠癌组72例（包括复发组40例和无复发组32例），健康对照组35例的血清CEA．CA19—9．CA72—4三项肿瘤标志物进行检测及统计学分析。结果：CEA，CA19—9，CA72—4在结直肠癌组显著高于健康对照组（均P〈0．01）；在复发组与无复发组3种肿瘤标志物含量明显增高，总体水平差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），单项检测中：CA19—9，CA72—4的阳性率无差异，但冠著高于CEA；CEA＋724＋CA19—9联合检测的阳性率显著高于单项和CEA＋CA19—9。CEA＋CA724及CA19—9＋CA72—4的联合。结论：CEA，CA19-9，CA72—4肿瘤标志物联合检测可以提高结直肠癌诊断的敏感度并对结直肠癌复发监测具有较高的临床应用价值。

Application of monitoring partial serunl tumor msker in colorectal cancer

Objective：To evaluate the application of single or combined detection three tumor markers CEA,CA 19-9,CA72-4 in clinical diagnosis and recurrence of eolorectal cancer. Methods：The serum levels of CEA,CA 19-9 and CA72-4 were detected in 72 cases with the group of colorectal cancer ,35 cases with the control group by chemical luminometryo Result：The serum levels of CEA,CA19-9, CA72-4 in the group of coloreetal cancer were significantly higher than those in the controls （average p 〈 0.01 ）. Content of three tumor maker were markedly elevated in the group of recun＇ence and no recurrence, all these three tumor markers were significantly successful for clinical diagnosis and recurrence of colorectal cancer. In single determination： the positive rate of either CA19-9 or CA72-4 was no different. The sensitivity of combined determination CEA＋CA72-4 and CA 19-9 were significantly higher than any single item determination and the other two combination forms,namely CEA＋CA19-9, CEA＋CA724 及 CA19-9＋CA72-4.Conclusion：The sensitivitiy of dignosis of colorectal cancer can be elevated by combined determination CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4 tumor maker, and the diagnostic sensitivity were valuable for detecting recurrence of the colorectal cancer in clinical application.
