高压氧联合亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤术后患者的临床疗效分析

目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤术后应用高压氧联合亚低温治疗对患者预后的影响。方法：选择66例重型颅脑损伤术后分为高压氧联合亚低温治疗组（33例）和对照组（33例）。对照组接受常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上行早期高压氧联合亚低温治疗。观察两组患者术后一周颅内压（ICP）、入出院时GCS评分、血氧饱和度（SaO2）以及治疗后6个月GOS评定预后的情况，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组患者ICP显着低于对照组（P〈0．01），SaO2显着提高（P〈0．01），GCS评分明显优于对照组（P〈0．01），GOS分级明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：重型颅脑损伤术后经应用高压氧联合亚低温治疗能改善患者的预后，减少后遗症的发生，提高生活质量。

Clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen and mild hypothermia treatment on the patients after operation of severe traumatic brain injury

Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen and mild hypothermia treatment on the patients after operation of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 66 cases with severe traumatic brain injury patients were divided into two groups randomly. Both groups were treated routinely, the treatment group was added with hyperbaric oxygen and mild hypothermia treatment. The clinical effect and changes of ICP, the degree of injury graded by GCS, saturation of blood oxygen （SaO2） were observed in 1 week after operation and the prognosis were observed by GOS after 6 months. Results ICP of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, but SaO2 was significantly higher. Both the degree of GCS and GOS of the treatment group were obviously better than the control group. Conclusions The treatment of hyperbaric oxygen and mild hypothermia could improve the prognosis of patients after operation of severe traumatic brain injury.
