穴位埋线治疗白癜风效果观察

目的了解穴位埋线治疗白癜风的临床效果，寻找治疗白癜风有效的方法。方法将86例白癜风患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组（43例）和对照组（43例）；对照组采用中西医结合治疗，治疗组在中西医治疗的基础上采用穴位埋线法加以治疗，疗程结束评价其治疗效果。结果治疗组显效25例，占58．1％，好转17例，占39．5％，无效1例，占2．4％；对照组显效11例，占25．6％，好转16例，占37．2％，无效16例，占37．2％。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论穴位埋植羊肠线治疗白瘫风疗效显著，值得推广应用。

Objective Catgut embedding therapy to understand the clinical effects of vitiligo, effective method for treatment of vi- tiligo..Methods 86 patients with vitiligo by randomly divided into treatment group （43 cases） and control group （43 cases）; control group of Integrative Medicine, Traditional Chinese and Western therapy in the treatment group based on the embedding method to be treated with acupuncture, the end of treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effeet..Results Treatment group 25 cases, accounting for 58.1%, improved in 17 cases, accounting for 39.5%, I patient, 2.4%; control group, 11 eases markedly, accounting for 25.6%, improved in 16 cases, accounting for 37.2%, ineffective in 16 eases, 37.2 %. The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher, statistically significant difference between the two （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Acupoint catgut implantation treatment of paralysis of vitiligo effect, should be widely applied.
