二硫化碳发育毒性的体外实验研究

摘    要:本文应用大鼠全胚胎培养方法 检测了二硫化碳(CS_2)的发育毒性。孕鼠于妊娠7、8两天经呼吸道吸入浓度为100mg/m~3的CS_2,每天染毒4小时。取染毒孕鼠9.5天胚胎,于正常大鼠血清中培养44小时。结果表明,染毒组胚胎卵黄囊直径、颅臀长、头长、胚胎蛋白含量、体节数、鳃弓及前肢芽发生率明显低于对照组。表明CS_2能引起胚胎发育迟缓,具有发育毒性,与体内致畸实验结果一致。

Abstract:The whole embryo culture method was used in testing the development toxicity of carbon disulphide.The embryos were taken from pregnant rats previously exposed to carbon disulphide (100mg/m3) on 7th and 8th-day of gestation and then explanted at 9.5th day into the serum taken from untreated rat for culture of 44 hours. The result showed that the yolk sac diameter, crown-rump length,head length, embryo protein content were reduced, somite, limb bud and branchial bass formations were inhibited in exposure group.The result suggested that the effects of carbon disulphide on the cultured embryos were similar to those tested in vivo
