剖宫产术切口妊娠的超声诊断

目的：探讨剖宫产术切口妊娠的超声诊断及治疗中的疗效价值。方法：收集2006年1月～2010年2月本院住院的27例子宫下段剖宫产术切口妊娠患者的临床资料,并分析其超声图像特征,临床转归及手术病理结果。结果：经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,24例诊断为剖宫产术切口妊娠,3例误诊,诊断准确率为88.89%。结论：彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断剖宫产术切口妊娠和动态观察治疗效果方面能提供准确的定位、定性诊断,有助于临床选择合适的治疗方案,预测患者的病程及转归,值得基层医院大力推广应用。

Ultrasound diagnosis of cesarean section incision pregnancy

Objective：To discuss the efficacy value of the cesarean section incision pregnancy ultrasound diagnosis and treatment.Methods：Collected the clinical data of 27 cases of uterine incision lower segment cesarean section pregnancy January 2006 to February 2010 in our hospital,and analyzed the characteristics of ultrasound images,clinical outcome and pathological results.Results：By transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography,24 cases diagnosed as cesarean section incision, and 3 cases of misdiagnosis,diagnostic accuracy was 88.89% .Conclusion：Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of pregnancy and cesarean section incision observed effect of the dynamics can provide accurate location,diagnosis,help clinicians select appropriate treatment options,predict disease course and outcome of patients,it is worth of promoting in the primary hospital vigorously.
