| 摘 要： | 作者参照 Oyanagui 改良的亚硝酸盐形成法分别对112例浅表性胃炎、44例萎缩性胃炎及73例胃癌和食管癌患者的血浆、粒细胞与淋巴细胞中 Cu.ZnSOD 活力进行了测定,结果:胃癌及食管癌患者粒细胞Cu.ZnSOD 活力与两组胃炎相比有明显升高(P<0.01),淋巴细胞 Cu.ZnSOD 活力与两组胃炎相比有明显降低,(P<0.01)。提示血液中粒细胞与淋巴细胞中 Cu.ZnSOD 活力可能在促癌和抗癌方面起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Cu.Zn superoxide dismutase (Cu.ZnSOD)activity was determined in the plasma,granulocytes and Lymphocytes of pstients with superficial gastritis (112 cases),atrophic gastritis (44 cases),and gastric and esophageal carcinoma (73 cases)by referring to the improved nitrite forming method of Oyanagui. The results showed a remarkable increase of Cu.ZnSOD activity in granulocyte of patients with both gastric and esophageal carcinomas compared with that of both gastritis (P<0.01),but a significant de- crease in Cu.ZnSOD activity in the lymphocytes compared with that of superficial gastritis (P< 0.01).It is suggested that Cu.ZnSOD activity in granulocyte and lymphocyte of bloodstream probably has a significant effect on promotion and prevention of carcinoma. |
