股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折诊治体会

目的 探讨股骨骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的诊断及治疗方法。方法 对10例股骨干骨折采用加压钢板固定，9例股骨颈骨折分别采用加压螺纹钉，三刃钉，骨圆针和松质骨螺钉固定。结果 随访10个月-5年。结论 全面体检，影像学检查可作出正确诊断，早期宜给予牢靠有效的内固定治疗。

Experience on treatment of ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures

Objective To analyse the diagnosis and treatment of ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures. Methods 10 cases of ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures were enrolled. All femoral fractures were fixed with compressive plate. 9 femoral neck fractures were treated with compressive screw,Smith peterson nailing, multiple pins and cancellous screws respectively. Results All cases were followed up for 10 months to 5 years. All femoral shaft were found to bony union. The complications included 3 varus deformity of hip, 1 ischemic necrosis of femoral head and 2 femoral neck nonunion. Conclusion Comprehensive physical and radiography examination are useful for correct diagnosis. Early rigid internal fixation should be performed for this kind of fractures.
