| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清中甲状腺球蛋白（thyroglobulin Tg）、CYFRA21—1的检测在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的意义。方法选择甲状腺乳头状癌伴转移患者60例，分别测定患者血清中甲状腺球蛋白、CY—FRA21—1的含量。结果甲状腺乳头状癌患者血清CYFRA21-1的阳性率明显高于甲状腺球蛋白的阳性率（P〈0．05）。结论血清CYFRA21-1和甲状腺球蛋白均可用于诊断甲状腺乳头状癌的复发，但前者的阳性率要高于后者。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Tg and CYFRA21-1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods Total sixty patients, the serum level of Tg and CYFRA21-1 were measured. Results The positive rate of CYFRA21-1 was higher than that of Tg in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Condusion The positive rate of Tg and CYFRA21-1 can be helpful to diagnose the tumor metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma,but CYFRA21-1 is superior to Tgin sensitivity. |
