恶性瘤细胞在小鼠肾内侵袭过程的研究——肾被膜囊下移植后的光镜和电镜观察

本实验用小鼠前胃癌细胞(FC)移植于615近交系小鼠肾被膜囊下,观察其侵袭过程的形态学改变。共用52只小鼠,实验分为1、3、5、7天4个实验组及1个对照组。瘤细胞移植于肾被膜囊下第1天后,瘤细胞增殖活跃,出现核分裂象,瘤细胞紧贴于肾实质组织。3天后,瘤细胞核分裂象增加,瘤细胞以单个或成组的向肾实质侵入,有的肾小管开始呈萎缩样改变。5天后,瘤细胞已侵入肾实质的深部,可达肾小球周围。7天后,肾实质大部分受到瘤细胞侵袭,肾小管和肾小球变性、萎缩及消失。同时,瘤组织有的可沿肾被膜外生长,有的可见与别的内脏粘连现象。扫描电镜下所见结果与光镜观察相似,并发现癌细胞有吞噬迹象,似吞噬红细胞等。本文对以上现象进行了讨论。

IN VIVO STUDY ON THE INVASIVE PROCESS OF MALIGNANT TUMOR CELLS IN THE MOUSE KIDNEY

Transplantable mouse forestomach carcinoma (FC) was used in this experiment. Tumor fragments were transplanted in the subrenal capsule of the syngenic 615line mouse. The invasive process and morphological changes of tumor cells were studied at days 1, 3, 5 and 7 after transplantation. The result was as follows: 1) Tumor cells which adhered on the surface of the kidney cortex started to proliferate and some mitotic figures can be found 1 day after transplantation. 2) Tumor cells stretched out their pseudopodia and invaded into the deeper part of the kidney along the interstitial space between the convoluted tubules; the number of mitosis increased and atrophic changes of convoluted tubules appeared 3 days after transplantation. 3) Renal corpusles were invaded and destroyed by tumor cells and extensive atrophic degenaration of convoluted tubules was found 5 days after transplantation. 4) A large part of the kidney parenchyma was invaded by tumor cells 7 days after transplantation of the tumor cells in the subrenal capsule. In some cases, tumor cells grew along the kidney surface. The results of observations with scanning electron microscopy are similar to these of the histological examination, and in addition, phagocytosis of erythrocytes from the host tissue by the invading cells was revealed.
