| 摘 要： | 评价快速酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清阿拉伯甘露糖-IgG(LAM－IgG)对进展期及稳定期肺结核的诊断价值。方法：应用快速ELISA法检测93例进展期肺结核、30例稳定期肺结核、31例其它肺疾病病人及21例健康对照者血清中LAM－IgG水平。结果：进展期肺结核LAM－IgG阳性率70．97％,稳定期肺结核阳性率66．67％,其它肺疾病组阳性2倒,占6．45％,健康对照组均为阴性。结论：快速ELISA法测定血清LAM－IgG对肺结核的诊断有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate a new method, serum lipoarabinomannan-IgG (LAM-IgG) detection with ELISA, for the dignosis of lung tuberculosis. Methods: Dot-ELISA method was adopted to detect serum LAM-IgG in 175 subjects, who were divided into four groups: 93 with active lung tuberculosis, 30 with stable lung tuberculosis, 31 with diseases other than tuberculosis and 21 healthy controls. Results: The positive rate was 70. 97%, 66. 67%, 6. 45% and 0% in the four groups above, respectively. Conclusion: Serum LAM-IgG detected with ELISA is a valuable methed for lung tuberculosis dignosis. |
