地塞米松复合恩丹司琼对剖宫产术后恶心呕吐及皮肤瘙痒的影响

目的:探讨地塞米松与恩丹司琼联合用药对剖宫产手术患者术后恶心、呕吐及皮肤瘙痒的影响。方法:选择我院60例剖宫产手术患者,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分成3组,每组各20例。A组术毕静脉推注生理盐水5ml;B组术毕静脉推注恩丹司琼8mg;C组术毕静脉推注恩丹司琼8mg和地塞米松10mg。术后观察24h内恶心、呕吐发生情况并询问患者的主观瘙痒感受。结果:与A组比较,术毕前单独静注恩丹司琼,或合用地塞米松与恩丹司琼均能有效地降低术后恶心、呕吐发生率,与恩丹司琼单独使用比较,地塞米松与恩丹司琼联合用药抗术后呕吐的效果更佳(P<0.05)。三组术后皮肤瘙痒发生率无显著性差异。结论:地塞米松与恩丹司琼联合用药对剖宫产手术患者术后引起的恶心、呕吐具有良好的预防和治疗作用,对皮肤瘙痒影响不大。

The effects of ondansetron combined with dexamethasone for postoperative nausea vomiting and pruritus in cesarean section

Objective：To evaluate the the effects of ondansetron combined with dexamethasone for postoperative nausea vomiting and pruritus in cesarean section.Methods：60 ASA I and II patients were randomly allocated into three groups.The patients were assigned to receive ondansetron 8mg（Group B）,ondansetron 8mg and dexamethasone 10mg（Group C）,or placebo （Group A）.Nausea,vomiting,and pruritus were recorded in 24h postoperative period.Results：The Incidence of nausea and vomiting was lower in Group B and Group C compared to Group A（P0.05 ）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of pruritus among the three groups （P0.05）.Conclusion：The results of our study suggest that iv ondansetron 8mg and dexamethasone 10mg is effective to suppress nausea and vomiting.There is no significant difference in the incidence of pruritus among the three groups.
