| 摘 要： | 本文介绍自行设计腹膜活检针并对临床95例不同原因引起的腹水病人进行检查,结果表明:这种活检针对临床上组织病理学确诊结核性腹膜炎有较大价值(诊断率达92.86％);对原因不明的腹水有较高鉴别诊断价值(70.37％);对肝硬化腹水病人原发性腹膜炎的诊断优于腹水常规检查,同时操作简单、安全、适合基层医院使用.

| Abstract: | A peritoneal biopsy needle was devised and practised in 95 patients with ascites caused by different kinds of etiology. The results showed that the new peritoneal biopsy needle is obviously useful for histopathological diagnosis of peritoneal tuberculosis (accurate was 92.86%) and for differentiation of ascites of unknown causes which had not yet been diagnosed by other measures (diagnostic rate was 70.37%). It is more valuable in diagnosis of peritonitis in cirrhotic patients with ascites than ascitic laboratory tests, Meanwhile, it is easy to operate and is suitable for primary care hospitals. |
