癫痫脑电棘波的小波变换模极大值对检测方法

摘    要:本文首次将对小波变换模极大值对检测信号奇异点的理论应用于癫痫脑电信号,对棘波进行检测。采用二进样条小波脑电信号按Mallat算法进行变换,分析含有奇异点的信号,即棘波,与其小波变换模数大值对的关系,对棘波进行识别。

Abstract:In this paper,for the first time the modulus maximum pair of wavelet transform was used to detect the spike wave of epileptic EEG signals by detecting their singularity points.EEG signals were decomposed with a dyadic spline wavelet by Mallat algorithm.Spike wave were recognized by analyzing the relationship between signal with points of singularity,(i e spike wave,)and the modulus maximum pairs of its wavelet transform.The data from 8 patients and 2 normal persons,totalling 754 spikes,was analyzed.Results showed that the correct spike detection rate was 94 2%,and no false detection were made for the two cases of normal EEG signals.
