"非典"期间大学生疾患状况及影响因素研究

目的了解"非典"封校时期学生的疾患状况及其影响因素,为提高学生的身体素质提供科学依据.方法自制调查表,采用现况调查方法对某医科大学学生2 532名进行健康调查和流行病学统计分析.结果封校1个月内,学生身体不适者1 815人,占总调查对象的71.7%;女生患病率为75.6%,高于男生的69.2%;前3位疾患依次为感冒(38.5%)、运动伤(25.8%)、胃肠道疾患(21.7%).结论每周生活费用、上网次数、吸烟、饮酒、体育运动、宿舍通风等是影响学生健康的主要因素,一些疾患的发生情况在学生中有明显的性别差异.在特殊时期,为了提高大学生身体素质,学校在提供良好的育人"硬件"的同时,更应加强有效的健康教育,以便强化学生自我健康意识,提高学生自我保健能力.

Study on Health and Its Influence Factors of College Students During SARS Period

Objective To know students' health and its influence factors during SARS period, and to provide scientifical evidence for their health improvement. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate 2 532 medical college students health status, the data were analyzed with epidemiological statistics. Results About 1 815 students felt discomfortable, which accounted for 71.7%, female (75. 6% ) were higher than male (69.2% ). The leading diseases are cold(38.5%), sports injury(25.8% ), gastrointestinal disease(21.7% ) .Conclusion The major influencing factors of health were weekly costs, times of internet using, cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking, physical exercises and dormitory ventilation. Gender differences are found in some diseases. Effective health education should be given to promote students health awareness and capacity in the particular period.
