认知行为互动团体治疗对儿科护士职业倦怠的影响

摘    要:目的探讨认知行为互动团体治疗对儿科护士职业倦怠的干预效果。方法将40名儿科护士分成实验组(20例)与对照组(20例)。实验组进行8周的认知行为互动团体干预,对照组不予干预,比较干预前后两组职业倦怠测试得分的差异。结果儿科护士情绪衰竭得分(29.80±6.52)分,高于Malach常模(22.19±9.53)分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.47,P〈0.01),情感疏远、个人成就感得分较常模低(P〈0.05);实验组干预前后情绪哀竭得分差值为(-4.21±2.37)分,与对照组差值(-0.64±1.76)分比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.21,P〈0.01),情感疏远、低个人成就感2个维度得分也降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论认知行为互动团体辅导能有效降低儿科护士的职业倦怠。

Abstract:Objective To explore the intervening effect of group therapy on job burnout of pediatric nurses.Methods 40 pediatric nurses were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 20 persons in each group.Nurses in intervention group were taken to attend group therapy for 8 sessions in 8 weeks, while no intervention was did in control group.Job burnout between the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the sample of Maslach, the nurses have higher scores of emotional exhaustion [(29.80 ± 6.52) vs (22.19 ± 9.53), t =2.47, P < 0.01] and lower scores of depersonalization and personal accomplishment (P < 0.05).Emotional exhaustion score difference in intervention group was different from those in control group [(- 4.21 ± 2.37) vs(-0.64±1.76), t =5.21, P <0.01].Emotional alienation, low personal accomplishment were reduced (P<0.01).Conclusions Group therapy can reduce the job burnout of pediatric nurses.
