| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工肝支持系统(ALSS)对重型肝炎的疗效。方法应用人工肝支持系统对37例重型肝炎患者进行了40次的治疗。比较治疗前后临床表现和血清总胆红素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)的变化。结果治疗后患者症状改善,血清总胆红素(TBIL)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平明显下降,凝血酶原活动度(PTA)明显上升。结论人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎能有效改善临床症状,显著改善生化指标,降低TNF-α水平,提高近期存活率,是一种安全可行的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | objective To probe the effects of artificial liver supporting system(AlSS)in treating fatal hepatitis. Methods ALSS was used to concluct 40 times treatment on 37 cases with fatal viral hepatitis. To compare the clinical manifestation and blood levels of TBIL, TNF-α,PTA,ALT,ALB before and after the treatment. Result after treatment, the symptoms were improved significantly, the blood levels of TBIL, TNF-α,decreased markedly, and the level of PTA increased. Conclusion Artifical liver supporting systems in the treatment of fatal hepatitis can improve the clinical symptoms and the biochemical indicators remarkably, reduce TNF-α level and increase the short-term survival rate. ALSS is indeed an effective and safe mean to the treatment of fatal hepatitis. |
