| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对癌症患者化疗期间安全隐患防范及护理。方法：通过对9例癌症患者化疗期发生的安全隐患（化疗药物外渗、跌倒、自杀意念）回顾怀的原因进行分析。结果：癌症患者安全隐患的发生与患者疾病因素、心理因素、药物不良反应、护理因素等有关。结论：对护士加强化疗知识及护理技能培训，做好化疗期的安全护理，提高安全意识，加强心里疏导、用药护理等，可有效地预防安全隐患的发生，提高护理质量及药物疗效，使患者达到最佳的治疗护理效果。
