灯盏花素治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨灯盏花素对脑出血患者血肿吸收、周围水肿改善及神经功能恢复的影响。 方法 将86例患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(43例),分别于入组第1、7、21天利用CT测量血肿体积、水肿而积,并行临床神经功能评分(CSS)。治疗组给予5％葡萄糖500 ml加灯盏花素50 mg,1次／d,连用14 d。结果 治疗组水肿面积、血肿体积和CSS均较对照组明显改善(P<0.01)。应用灯盏花素治疗后第21天水肿面积由(4.3±0.6)cm2变为(2.8±0.7)cm2,血肿体积由(19±5)ml变为(6±6)ml,CSS由22±9变为9±7。对照组第21天水肿面积由(4.5±0.7)cm2变为(3.2±0.6)cm2,血肿体积由(20±5)ml变为(11±7)ml,CSS由23±8变为14±8。两组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。 结论 灯盏花素可能何益于促进脑出血患者的血肿吸收、水肿消退和神经功能的改善。

Study on breviscapine in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the effect of breviscapine on hematoma absorption, edema of peripheral tissue and the neurological function in the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods 86 patients with ICH were divided into 2 groups at random, treatment group and control group , 43 patients in each group. Breviscapine was given in the therapeutic group, while no breviscapine was given in the control group. The volume of hematoma and area of edema were measured by CT, neurological function were assessed by Chinese Stork Scale (CSS) Results The volume of hematoma and the area of edema were reduced markedly in the treatment group in the 21d after administration ( P < 0. 01). CSS of the treatment group was lower than that of control group in the 21d after treatment (P < 0. 01) . Conclusion Breviscapine may be helpful for absorption of hematoma, reducing the edema of tissue around the hematoma and improving the neurological function in the patients with ICH.
