| 摘 要： | 目的:检测大肠癌的发生与HPV感染的关系,分析HPV感染与大肠癌临床病理的关系。方法:应用PCR技术检测135例大肠癌和25例正常大肠粘膜的HPV感染情况。结果:大肠癌中HPV总阳性率为32.59%,与正常粘膜组织相比差异有显著性(P<0.05),以HPV16型感染率最高,HPV18型次之。HPV感染与大肠癌的部位、病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移无关。结论:大肠癌的发生与发展可能与HPV感染有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between HPV infection and colorectal cancer.Methods:135cases with colorectal cancer and25cases of normal colorectal mucous membranes was detected using PCR technology with HPV type16and type18DNA primer.Re-sults:The total positive rate of HPV was32.5%.the positive rate of HPV type16was higher than HPV type18(65.39%vs40.96%).There has a significant difference between colorectal can-cers and normal mucous membranes(P<0.05).No correlation was found between pathological grades,clinic state,lymphaden metastasis and infection of HPV.Conclusion:The infection of HPV may play an important role in colorectal cancer. |
