鼻腔鼻窦多发性内翻性乳头状瘤联合根治9例

目的探讨鼻腔鼻窦多发性内翻性乳头状瘤手术方法，以减少复发。方法采用联合根治鼻腔鼻窦多发性内翻性乳；状瘤9例。结果本组9例均为一次手术治愈，对9例术后患者随访6～24个月无复发。结论多发性内翻性乳头状瘤手术后复发目亦较高，且有恶变倾向，故应采取面中部唇下掀翻术、柯-陆式手术联合鼻内镜下手术能彻底清除Ⅱ-Ⅲ级鼻腔、鼻窦内翻性乳头北瘤．术后复发率低

Combinative Radical Surgery of Nine Cases of Multiple Sinonasal Inverted Papilloma

Objective To explore the surgery mrthods of multiple sinonasal inverted papilloma to reduce recurrence. Methods Combinative radical surgery was used for nine cases of multiple radical sinonasal inverted papilloma. Results In this group nine cases were of a surgical cure. All the nine cases of patients were followed up for 6 - 24 months without recurrence. Conclusion As the recurrence rate after surgeryof multiple inverted papilloma is higher, and there is the tendency of malignant transformation, the combinative surgery of overturned, Caldwell-Luc, and endoscope can completely clear out the Ⅱ-Ⅲ class nasal cavity and paranasal sinus inverted papilloma with low rate of postoperative recurrence.
