气机理论在中医临床的应用

气是构成人体、并维持生命活动的基本物质；升降出入是气运动的基本形式。全身脏腑、经络、四肢百骸，无处不有，时刻推动、激发着人体的各种生理活动。升降出入失去协调平衡，就会出现各种病理变化。因此，治则、遣药组方亦应遵循升降沉浮之理。药味的辛甘酸苦成及寒热温凉，决定着其功用的升降沉浮；其脏腑归经则决定该药侧重于调节某一脏腑的气机运动。
