支气管动脉灌注治疗肺癌并发脊髓损伤

目的：探讨支气管动脉灌注（BAI）治疗肺癌并发脊髓损伤的原因、处理方法及预防。方法：对我院选择性支气管动脉造影和灌注化疗所发生的3例脊髓损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组46例中晚期肺癌病人施行154例次选择性支气管动脉造影和灌注化疗。其中有3例次发生了脊髓损伤，占1．95％。结论：预防及尽早发现和处理是降低脊髓损伤的关键，减少导管嵌塞时间、熟练运用微导管技术对防止此并发症的发生十分重要。

Investigation on the damage of spinal cord in bronchial artery infusion (BAI) with chemotherapeutic agent for pulmonary

Objective To investigate the causes, treatment and prevention of damage of spinal cord in BAI with chemotherapeutic agent for pulmonary carcinomas. Methods 3 cases of damage of spinal cord in bronchial arteriography and BAI with chemotherapeutic agent were studied retrospectively. Results 154 times of bronchial arteriography and BAI with chemotherapeutic agent were performed in 46 pulmonary carcinomas patients. There were 3 cases who had damage of spinal cord (1.95%).' Conclusion The key to decrease the damage is to prevent, find and treat early as soon as possibly. It is very important to use minute catheter skillfully for reduction the time of the catheter blocked.
