| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氯霉素滴眼剂处方中抑菌剂硫柳汞添加量的合理性。方法：通过实验设计含不同浓度硫柳汞的供试液，对其抑菌效力进行考察。结果：供试液中硫柳汞含量为0.02 mg·ml^-1时其抑菌效力即可达到药典要求。结论：氯霉素滴眼剂市售产品中硫柳汞不同浓度均能达到抑菌效力的实现。部分滴眼剂处方中的硫柳汞剂量偏高不合理，目前滴眼剂处方中的硫柳汞剂量应当降低。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the content rationality of antimicrobial agent thimerosal in chloramphenicol eye drops. Meth-ods：Chloramphenicol eye drops with thimerosal at different concentrations were prepared, and the antimicrobial activity was studied. Results：When the test solution contained 0. 02 mg·ml^-1 thimerosal, the antimicrobial activity could achieve the requirement in the pharmacopoeia. Conclusion：Thimerosal at different concentrations in the commercial chloramphenicol eye drops all can reach the anti-microbial effect. However, the thimerosal concentration in some eye drops is unreasonably high, which should be reduced. |
