摘    要:目的:建立气相色谱法检测一次性使用输液器中环己酮残留量的方法。方法:采用DB-FFAP(30 m ×0.32 mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱,以氮气为载气,FID检测,程序升温。结果:环己酮在0.01~0.50μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好( r=0.9991),最低检测限为1 ng·ml^-1。结论:本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于一次性使用输液器中环己酮残留量的测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a determination method for residual cyclohexanone in the disposable infusion set by GC. Meth- ods: The capillary column was DB-FFAP (30 m ×0.32 mm,0, 25 μm). The carrier gas was nitrogen and an FID was used as the de- tector. The column temperature was raised by program. Results: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.01-0.50 .g . ml - 1 ( r = 0. 999 1 ) and the detection limit was 1 ng .ml ^- 1. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and rapid, and suitable for the determination of residual cyclohexanone in the disposable infusion set.
