政府对非营利性医院绩效评价中的指标设计

文章根据政府对非营利性医院绩效评价的需要,提出了不可或缺的3个组成部分:医疗服务质量指标体系、费用控制指标体系和财务运行指标体系。在此基础上论证了每一体系所包含指标的充分性、必要性及其重要性,特别是在各指标体系及各指标自身在整体指标体系中的权重平衡上。这个研究为政府对非营利性医院的绩效评价提供了一套切实可行的方案。

Indicant Design for Service Quality in the Performance Evaluation of Non-Profit Hospital in China

To meet the need of the performance evaluation of non-profit hospitals in China,three indispensable components were elaborated:clinical service quality system,clinical expenditure control system and financial operation system.On the base of these,the sufficiency,necessity,and importance of each system were documented.Especially on how to balance the weigh of the each indicant in the whole system.This research provides a practical performance evaluation system for the government.
