伽玛刀治疗鼻咽癌23例疗效分析

目的：探讨伽玛刀治疗鼻咽癌的疗效及放射性并发症。方法：回顾分析２３例鼻咽癌病人伽玛刀治疗后影像学变化（ＭＲＩ）。平均随访２６个月，其中１３例为放疗后复发的病人。结果：本组病人肿瘤局部控制率为８２．６％，局部复发３例，远处转移１例。在随访期间伽玛刀治疗未出现放射性并发症。结论：伽玛刀能有效地控制肿瘤生长，并发症发生率低，是治疗鼻咽癌的一种安全有效的方法。

Therapeutic Effect of Gamma Knife on 23 Cases of NPC Treated

The therapeutic effect and radio -complication of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) treated by Gamma Knife were analyzed. Methods:the authors analyzed MR Imaging of 23 patients with NPC treated by Gamma Knife. All patients were followed up, the mean time was 26 months. 13 patientns were that recurred after radiotherapy. Results: All cases' local cnotrol rate was 82. 6%. 3 cases local recurred and 1 patient developed distent metastasis. No radio- complication was founded. Conclusion:the authors think that Gamma Knife is effect in controlling carcinoma growing. The rate of complications is low. Gamma Knife is an effective and safe method of treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
