急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术及主要合并症的处理

目的:总结急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术及处理主要各并症的经验。方法:急性胆囊炎469例,占同期腹腔镜手术的26.1％。于发病72h内手术429例,占91.5％,72h以上40例,占8.5％。合并一种或一种以上疾病者占68.8％。结果:患者经全面系统的检查及完善的围手术期处理,术后患者恢复顺利,康复出院,无重大并发症发生。结论:随着腹腔镜手术的提高,腹腔镜胆囊切除术应成为急性胆囊炎的首选术式,并能取得与慢性胆囊疾病同样的手术治疗效果。

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and disposing of the Main Complication for acute cholecystitis

Objective:To study the effect of laparoslopic cholecystectomy and the management on complications on acute cholecystitis.Methods:469 cases with acute cholecystitis were performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 429 cases were operated in 72 hours(91.5%) ,40 cases were operated over 72 hours(8.5%) .68.8 percent of them had one or more other complications. Results: All patients had been healed by complete examination without great complication.Conclusion: With the improvement of technology, laparoscopic cholecystectomy will be the first operation for the acute cholecystitis and can acquire the same effect with operation for chronic cholecystitis.
