| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨通心络治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。【方法】对160例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为通心络组(80例)和鲁南欣康组(80例)。通心络组口服通心络胶囊,3粒/次,3次/w;鲁南欣康组口服鲁南欣康(单硝酸异山梨酯),20mg/次,2次/d,疗程3w。【结果】两组总有效率分别为87.50%和85.00%;通心络组在改善心肌缺血方面优于鲁南欣康组。【结论】通心络治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果良好,优于鲁南欣康,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effect of Togxinluo in treating unstable angina pectoris.160 unstable angina pectoris patients were divided into two groups of tongxiluo and luanxinkang.each group consisted of 80 cases.Thegroup of the former was given Tongxinluo oraly;the group of latter was given Lunanxinkang orally,20 mg bid.The course of treaetment was three weeks.The former total efficacy was 87.5% and the latter was 85.00%;the former was better than that of the latter in treating ischemic heart disease.Conclusion]The effect of Tongxinluo in treating unstable angina pectoris is better than that of Lunanxinkang. |
